Pass The Idea™ is effective

• whilst Pass The Idea™ requires only limited time from each participant, as a crowd sourcing exercise it generates a large number of ideas in order of priority
• each participant spends on average 60 minutes going through the 4-step online process with each step taking around 15 minutes
• participants contribute on average 25 ideas per Challenge
• depending on the overall timeline, participants choose when it suits them best to engage. Location is not an issue as long as they can be online. This flexibility ensures that Pass The Idea™ can run as part of a normal working day without interfering with normal work commitments.
